Sundeep Patel has also joined Precise Mortgages from Royal Bank of Scotland where he was business development manager. Patel will be focussed on growing volumes of residential and buy-to-let in the southern region.
Both will report to sales director Roger Morris who said: “Both Kevin and Sundeep are seasoned professionals and will help the team deliver the best possible service to our intermediaries.
“We have a lot of product developments lined up as we continue to build our specialist lending proposition.”
