Praxis will open its Randalstown office, in County Antrim, in January. The Northern Ireland team will be headed by Fintan Monaghan who adds 20 years of industry experience to his knowledge of the local mortgage market.
The Halifax’s House Price Index recently named Northern Ireland as one of the UK’s leading property hotspots and Richard Stettner, managing director of Praxis, said he was delighted to take Praxis’ expertise into the area at such an exciting time: "Our research showed that, not only was there great demand for expert, specialist providers, but that a local office was also vital.
