Egner joins Platform from TUI, the travel group which incorporates Thomson Holidays and Lunn Poly, where he spent five years in a variety of HR roles, initially HR director with the Specialist Holidays Division and latterly director of HR operations for the whole Group.Before this, he was a HR manager at Allied Domecq Retailing.
In his new position, Egner will be responsible for developing the people strategy to support Platform’s delivery of its strategic business objectives. He will lead a team of 7 made up of human resources, learning and development, and Internal communications specialists.
