It achieved the highest possible accolade, winning gold in both the estate agents category and letting agents category for Northern Ireland.
Voted for by the general public, the Estas measure the level of service each nominated agency provides to its customers through a completely transparent voting process. Overall 19,000 customers voted in this year’s competition.
