Pink offers two-year fixed rate for sub-prime borrowers

The deal, part of the Crystal branded product range funded by Mortgages plc, offers a rate of 7.45 per cent fixed for 2 years up to 85 per cent loan to value and is aimed at borrowers with high levels of adverse credit.

The product qualifies for the Fees Assisted Remortgage campaign, which Pink Home Loans has extended to 29 April 2005, offering a free valuation and free legals for remortgage applications in England and Wales and a free valuation and £250 cashback for remortgage applications in Scotland and Northern Ireland.
