Pink launches online DIP facility

The new facility, available for packaged adverse cases, searches through lenders on Pink’s panel to give the broker a list of lenders that will consider their client’s application. Pink said this would allow business to be placed quicker and let clients know their options and the products available.

The facility is available via Pink’s website and requires an online form to be filled out. Pink will then get back to ARs within 24 hours of the form being submitted.

Tony Jones, managing director of Pink Home Loans, said: “This is yet another tool to help our ARs place business quickly yet effectively and we expect it to be a popular addition to our AR proposition.”

Paul Hunt, head of marketing at Platform, said: “Brokers are getting into the habit of using online technology so they can get immediate decisions. Any firm that develops technology that benefits brokers and clients should be applauded.”

Payam Azadi, head of marketing at The Mortgage Times Group, added: “The key is to make sure that the products are accurate and that the processing of applications happens in an efficient way.”
