Perspective’s second acquisition this month is Bristol-based Falcon Pensions & Investments Ltd which will change its name to Key Pensions & Investments Ltd.

The business has £50m funds under management and recurring income of £220k per annum.

Perspective Financial Group is one of the top 15 UK financial advisory firms by revenue size.

It now operates out of 23 offices and employs over 230 people.

The Group’s annualised turnover is in excess of £23m with over £2.4bn of assets under management.

Damian Keeling, managing director of Perspective Financial Group Ltd, said: “We do not expect this to be the end of our acquisitions this year and indeed are in talks with a number of other firms who are looking to join the Group.

"However, acquisitions represent only a small part of our overall business model which also focuses on working with our existing Group offices and supporting them in their continued delivery of excellent advice, quality service and profitability.

"We welcome both Ad Valorem and Key to Perspective and believe they will be a considerable asset to the Group in the months and years ahead.”

Derek Baptist, managing director of Ad Valorem Wealth Management Solutions Ltd, said:“We undertook a careful and considered strategic business review and have joined Perspective because of their total commitment to developing highly successful regional practices within a national financial advisory group.

"This is very important to us and our clients whose interests are paramount.”

And Chris Wheatley, managing director of Key Pensions & Investments Ltd, added: "It has been a pleasure to work with the Perspective team in order to get to this point where we are now part of a leading national advisory group.”
