Paradigm names first network partner

Established as a network in August 2006, PNG is currently the Principal for 23 appointed representative firms containing circa-40 broker. It is looking to write £1 billion worth of mortgage business in its first year of Paradigm membership.

By signing up to Paradigm Mortgage Services as Partner members, PNG will be gaining an equal share in the incremental revenue it generates for Paradigm which will be paid out once a year.

Through its use of Paradigm it will also build up equity through Paradigm’s limited liability partnership, held in a discretionary trust. Opting for this type of membership ensures PNG will fully participate in the value and growth of Paradigm Mortgage Services.

Bob Hunt, chief executive of Paradigm Mortgage Services, commented: “The membership of Premier Network Group is a real coup for Paradigm Mortgage Services as it brings on board our first network Partner member. We are delighted to welcome Steve, Emma and all representative firms and individuals within PNG to the Paradigm partnership, where we are able to offer this ambitious regional network a complete range of products and support services that will ensure its ongoing growth and development continues.

Steve Moorley, managing director at Premier Network Group, said: “This is an exciting time for PNG; with a successful 12 months behind us we are looking forward to expand and improve our proposition in the market place.

"PNG requires fast-moving, forward-thinking partners, with a true partnership ideal and an ability to grow. For PNG the proposal from Paradigm was at the right time and the right place.

“The PNG partnership with Paradigm will ensure market-leading products and benefits for our existing business, and an extra edge for new clients."
