Document Plus – costing £9.99 per month - collates client packs of case documentation, customised with the adviser’s branding and contact details, which are then issued to the client with a single click. The pack includes a comprehensive, seven-page report of details of the recommended product, the popular Total To Pay (TTP) matrix - which compares the TTP of mortgage products on a month-by-month basis - and other documents. Subscribers to Document Plus also have access to over forty lenders’ affordability calculators, now integrated exclusively into the Orbiter Plus system.
