OneDome to pay one homeowner's mortgage for a year

Winner gets their payments covered up to £25,000

OneDome to pay one homeowner's mortgage for a year

The OneDome Group has launched a competition, where one lucky homeowner would get their mortgage paid for a year – up to a value of £25,000.

The group, which owns property portals onedome.com and nethouseprices.com, announced the promotion to celebrate the 20th anniversary of its mortgage arm, CMME Mortgages.

The campaign, launched last week, will run until the end of the calendar year, when the winner will be named. The opportunity is open to anyone purchasing a property within the next 12 months or those wishing to remortgage.

The winner will have their mortgage payments covered for a full year, with a total payout capped at £25,000, which is double the average annual cost of a mortgage in the UK.

Interested individuals need to raise an enquiry via the CMME website. They will receive additional entries to the competition, if they go on to secure their mortgage or remortgage through a broker.

Estate agents in the UK can also join the competition and promote it to their clients, earning more entries for every mortgage client referred.

CMME was acquired by OneDome early this year.

“CMME Mortgages has flourished since its establishment in 2003, evolving from a small business into one of the largest independent mortgage brokers in the UK,” stated Babek Ismayil, founder and chief executive of OneDome Group. “To commemorate this remarkable journey, we wanted to do something truly extraordinary by offering one lucky person an entire year of mortgage payments during the time when it is most needed.”
