House Price Index - August 2003
* The mix-adjusted average house price in the UK in August 2003 stood at £159,010, up from £156,273 in July (not seasonally adjusted).
* UK annual house price inflation in August 2003 was 14.0 per cent, down from 14.6 per cent in July.
* Annual house price inflation in London was 8.9 per cent in August 2003, down from 9.4 per cent in July.
