Other products are a 2-year fix of 2.89% to 85% LTV and a 5-year fix of 3.84% at 85% LTV, both with no arrangement fee.
All mortgages come with a £199 booking fee, while The Nottingham’s 3.75% 5-year fix has an £800 arrangement fee.
