As part of these changes, selected Everyday 5 Year Fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.60%.
The product changes are:
- Everyday 5 Year Fixed Rates for customers opting for a deal with a product fee remain unchanged and available from just 4.09%.
- Everyday 2 Year Fixed Rates for purchase customers with a 30% deposit are now available from 2.98% with a £995 product fee or 3.99% without a product fee.
- Everyday 2 Year Fixed Rates for remortgage customers with a 30% deposit are now available from 3.08% with a £995 product fee or 3.99% without a product fee.
- Everyday 3 Year Fixed Rates for purchase customers with a 30% deposit are now available from 3.78% with a £995 product fee or 4.69% without a product fee.
- Everyday 3 Year Fixed Rates for remortgage customers with a 30% deposit are available from 3.78% with a £995 product fee or 4.69% without a product fee.
- Everyday 2 Year Trackers at 70% LTV are now available from 2.69% (BOE +2.19%) for purchase customers or from 2.89% (BOE +2.39%) for remortgage customers.
