Buy to Let

- Rates available up to 85% LTV.
- Standard Fixed and Tracker Rates remain available.
- Rapid Remortgage now available on the Buy to Let range*.
- Help with Costs no longer available on any product within the Buy to Let range.
NEW Discount and Tracker Ranges
- NEW Fully Flexible Discount and Tracker ranges now available - rates start from 3.99%.
- Choose from 2-7 year options with no Early Repayment Charge.
Other Changes
- All Flexible Fixed Rates remain available - rates start at 4.49% with extended tie in or 4.89% without.
- Help with Costs now £500 to all borrowers.
- HERM Capped Rate reduced- pay rate for Standard and Cashplus HERM Capped now 5.99% (BOE + 2.49%) with new cap rate of 8.99%.
- 2 Year Fixed Rate with extended tie in remains available, rate starts from 2.49%.
- All end dates extended to November.
Withdrawn Products
- Together Fixed Rates with Trackers no longer available.
- 10 and 15 year Guaranteed Repayment Mortgage no longer available.
