Niche, which specialises in arrears management in Northern Ireland, engages with customers who are more than 50 days in arrears.
The Arrears Management System acts as a central hub connecting lenders with a variety of suppliers used within the process including asset managers, solicitors and field agent firms.
Ronan McCaughley from Niche Financial Solutions said: “The Arrears Management System is an efficient way for us to receive instructions from lenders and also provides us with a quick and easy way to return reports and management information.
“Additionally, connecting just once to AMS means that any of the many lenders already on their system have the facility to send jobs to us.”
Niche are the first Northern Ireland-based firm to join the AMS.
