Self-Certification mortgages:
- 2 year fixed rate available at 5.49% (increased by 0.50%), 6.1% APR
- 3 year fixed rate available at 5.69% (increased by 0.40%), 6.1% APR
- 5 year fixed rate available at 5.89% (increased by 0.40%), 6.2% APR
Buy to Let mortgages:
- 2 year fixed rate available at 5.59% (increased by 0.40%), 6.1% APR
- 5 year fixed rate available at 5.99% (increased by 0.40%), 6.3% APR
UCB Home Loans will also increase variable rates by 0.25% following the increase of the Bank of England’s base rate. This will take effect from 1 December 2003.
