The new rates are available from 18 May 2004:
- Self-Certification 2 Year Fixed Rate available at 5.79%, 6.6% APR (an increase of 0.20%)
- Self-Certification 3 Year Fixed Rate available at 5.89%, 6.6% APR (an increase of 0.20%)
- Self Certification 5 Year Fixed Rate available at 5.99%, 6.5% APR (an increase of 0.10%)
- Buy to Let 2 Year Fixed Rate available at 5.99%, 6.7% APR (an increase of 0.20%)
- Buy to Let 5 Year Fixed Rate available at 6.19%, 6.7% APR (an increase of 0.20%)
UCB Home Loans has also today announced that its remortgage offer on the 2 Year Fixed and 2 Year FlexiPlus Tracker mortgages is still available for a further two weeks. The offer enables self-certification customers to benefit from a free valuation, representing savings from £230 dependent on the property value.
