New board members join ifs School of Finance

Phil Hall, Head of Public Affairs at the ifs School of Finance said, “Although our Board of Governors already consisted of highly skilled individuals with a variety of relevant experience in both the financial services and education sectors, these two significant appointments will undoubtedly strengthen both the Board and the ifs School of Finance as a whole”

Speaking shortly after her appointment to the ifs Board of Governors, Cathy Turner stated, "With approximately 80,000 students in 100 different countries, the position of the ifs School of Finance as a global leader in financial education is unrivalled. As a board member I look forward to playing my part in ensuring this success is further enhanced."

Professor De Meyer added, “I have been impressed with the breadth of educational provision on offer from the ifs, from GCSE level in schools through to undergraduate degree programmes and continuing education through master classes, seminars and prestige lectures. I am sure that my experiences at INSEAD and now JudgeBusinessSchool at CambridgeUniversity will prove beneficial in helping the ifs continue to go from strength to strength.”
