New Appointments for Mortgage Trust

Both Austin and Paul will be reporting to John Heron, the Group's Director of Mortgages.

Austin has been with the company for 18 months previously as Head of Intermediary Sales. His new role will be to take full responsibility for all aspects of the sales and marketing functions going forward, focusing on customer service and expanding the intermediary relationships.

Austin says "We have a unique opportunity at Mortgage Trust to deliver an altogether better range of products to intermediaries and their clients. Our flexible facilities, competitive products and service are second to none and we're going to keep it that way".

Paul is well known in the industry as a senior lending manager and most recently he has been Head of Credit at Mortgage Trust. His new role will give him responsibility for the management and delivery of underwriting and support functions to ensure that a first class service is delivered to Mortgage Trust's intermediaries and mortgage applicants.

Paul says "We have established a clear direction for Mortgage Trust founded on the highest standards of credit underwriting and a truly first class service for our customers. I am looking forward to the challenge of building on this direction".
