These include one fixed at 4.59% for two years and one from 5.05% for five years.
There are no tie-ins beyond the fixed rate period and the new packages are available immediately for both existing and new customers. There are also no legal and valuation fees on the new two and five-year fixed rate remortgage packages. A new range of first-time buyer fixed rate mortgages has also been launched starting from 4.99% for 18 months with no reservation fee.
