National Mortgage Helpline going great guns

Nigel Pritchard, National Mortgage Helpline’s Marketing Director, says: “We’ve been very pleased with the number of advisers joining us, a lot of whom have come to us through recommendation having heard good things about the quality of our leads from others using our service. One of our advisers, who joined us recently, is currently negotiating a £1.05 million mortgage, the largest mortgage in her professional career! Another has just earned £2,225 commission from one of our £25 leads.

“Unfortunately we will have to stop taking on any more advisers fairly soon in certain areas as we only have a finite number of leads to distribute amongst them. However, we are still very keen to talk to any in Scotland and the North West of England.”

They are immediately forwarded to the appropriate adviser via email, and optionally by fax and/or as a short text message to the adviser’s mobile phone.

The leads are exclusive to each adviser and the National Mortgage Helpline offers a ‘no quibble’ refund whereby its members do not have to pay for any invalid or duplicate leads.

“Unlike other lead generation services there is no joining fee, no ‘up-front’ charge or minimum spend, advisers simply pay in arrears for the leads they have received the previous month and they have 28 days to pay once they receive their invoice,” says Pritchard. “Also, there is also no ‘lock-in’ period, so advisers can stop the flow of leads at anytime, such as holidays.”
