MTG alliance pushes forward

Rauf Wellington Ltd, an Appointed Representative of The Mortgage Times Group based in Manchester, has taken up the successful CENTURY 21 franchising model.

This will allow the firm to gain leads from the first point of contact with the consumer and adding additional income to the business.

The move follows the announcement in September that a further four Mortgage Times Group members had taken up the CENTURY 21 franchising option, with BSO Mortgage Shop in Wimborne, Westcliff Financial Services, in Westcliff-On-Sea, Simply Clear in South London, and New Address in Eastleigh all chose CENTURY 21 as their route into shop front premises to grow their business.

The Mortgage Times Group announced back in April that it had signed an exclusive deal with CENTURY 21 to complete all of the company’s financial service applications in the United Kingdom.

The partnership allows the MTG the facility to offer its distribution channel the opportunity to either be placed into a CENTURY 21 United Kingdom office, or have business introduced by an estate agent representative. CENTURY 21 also have the option of recruiting their own broker who will integrate into the Mortgage Times Group network.

Chris May, director of The Mortgage Times Group commented: “The alliance that we’ve formed with Century 21 UK is really beginning to gather momentum across the UK now. In the current climate, the additional income stream that bolting on an established estate agency franchise can be invaluable, as well as providing a steady stream of quality leads.

There are many other deals in the pipeline, and those intermediaries who are interested in finding out about this exciting opportunity are able to find out more information at our Business Development Forums currently running nationwide, where Century 21 UK will be exhibiting at every event.

Stuart White, managing director of Century 21 UK, said of the deals:” We are delighted to have Rauf Wellington, a well established and respected financial services business, represent CENTURY 21 in the Manchester area. This is an excellent example of the type of business we are looking to partner to promote the CENTURY 21 brand in the UK.

The natural synergy between financial services and estate agency is clear, and MTG has once again introduced a high calibre candidate who has chosen to strengthen their business through their affiliation with CENTURY 21.

Toufique Shah, mortgage consultant and Director at Rauf Wellington Financial Services, commented: “We are excited in entering the Estate Agency market, with the proposition of Century 21 and The Mortgage Times Group, which clearly illustrates a working result throughout the world. We are able to grow our business with an additional income stream and leads, in conjunction with a market leader.
