MSN becomes regulated

The MSN group of companies now supports over 1000 members with mortgages, protection, general insurance, compliance and additional services in both its appointed representative and directly authorised support businesses and says numbers are still rising.

Having carried out a review of the first quarter’s business since regulation the MSN group is delighted with its increased business volumes and is expecting phenomenal growth in 2005.

Managing Director Jason Graham says, “The hard work and restructuring we carried out over the last 2 years in preparation for regulation certainly now appears to have served us well. The number of previous non-regulated MSN members that have now re-registered to join our directly authorised support company is extremely pleasing and our appointed representative proposition goes from strength to strength.

Our support proposition to both existing and new members continues, whichever regulated route they choose, ensuring delivery of the real day to day support that our members demand.

In addition we have some exciting developments launching very shortly that we expect will turn the market on its head, to the extent that we are confident our membership will exceed 2000 by the end of this year. “

At a time when a number of networks and packagers appear to be facing difficult periods the MSN group’s packaging arm, Mortgage-1, is also expecting to shortly announce record figures for February.
