An energized Mr Gladdy explained: "I believe that this sector is becoming more and more important in the current market place and although both the regulator and the media are expressing an ever increasing interest in ensuring that borrowers are not put at risk, it is a market that we want grow but in a way whereby we ensure that the customer is fully protected.

"We have therefore sought out a partner that is directly authorised in its own right, has considerable experience in this very specialist area and offers attractive lender products. We are were also impressed by The Mortgages Times' willingness to invest in the further training and development of our consultants."
