The move, which affects all of its discount and tracker products, follows the March three-month LIBOR reset.
The MT Select discount and tracker products are now as follows:
- MT Select 5.17 per cent three-year discount buy-to-let product - £499 arrangement fee
- MT Select 5.31 per cent lifetime tracker buy-to-let product - 0.50 per cent arrangement fee
The Mortgage Trust Core range discount and tracker products are now as follows:
- Mortgage Trust core range 5.23 per cent two-year discount buy-to-let product - £599 arrangement fee
- Mortgage Trust core range 5.38 per cent three-year discount buy-to-let product - £599 arrangement fee
- Mortgage Trust core range 5.73 per cent lifetime tracker mortgage - £499 arrangement fee
- Mortgage Trust core range 6.08 per cent lifetime tracker mortgage - £499 arrangement fee (no early redemption charge)
