Long Term Fixed Rate

The Lambeth Building Society is offering a fixed rate deal to the First of April 2009 at 4.95% (APR 6.0%). The valuation fee is £200, with an arrangement fee of £390.

Short Tem Discount

The Norwich & Peterborough Building Society is offering a 2 year discounted scheme at an interest rate of 2.99% (APR 5.6%), with a valuation fee of £225, and no arrangement fee, subject to redemption penalties.

Long Term Discount

The Lambeth Building Society is offering a 5 year discounted scheme at a current rate of 3.99% (APR 5.6%), with a valuation fee of £200 and an arrangement fee of £295, with no redemption penalties.

Cashback

The Cheltenham & Gloucester is offering a variable rate mortgage that gives a 7.5% cashback on the amount borrowed. The current rate is 6% (APR 6.2%), with no arrangement fee and a valuation of £249. The loan is subject to redemption penalties.

Buy to Let *

The Cheltenham & Gloucester is offering a buy to let tracker mortgage until the 31st December 2007, currently at 4.64% (APR 5.7%) with a valuation fee of £249 and no arrangement fee or penalties.

Remortgage**

For those looking to remortgage, the Abbey is offering a two year tracker deal, currently at 4.34% (APR 5.8%), with a free valuation, free legal work and no arrangement fees.
