Mortgage Force launches partnership with Aldermore

The new partnership puts Mortgage Force on Aldermore’s exclusive distribution panel and will enable Mortgage Force brokers to access new residential and buy-to-let mortgage products for customers who, although creditworthy, may have previously been declined by high street lenders.

Managing director for Mortgage Force, Kevin Duffy, said, “Mortgage Force is privileged to have secured a partnership agreement with Aldermore, whose product range is being marketed via a restricted number of distributors, networks and mortgage clubs.

“Mortgage Force attributes securing this partnership to the high quality of applications generated by our brokers who are based throughout the UK and we are delighted to be able to offer them access to Aldermore’s sought-after product range.”

Colin Snowdon, chief executive of Aldermore Mortgages, added: “In this era of high levels of credit score declines, with many creditworthy borrowers effectively unmortgeagable, we’re really pleased with the way brokers have taken to our innovative combination of state of the art systems and sensible, human underwriting.

“Now is a great time to add Mortgage Force to our panel of distribution partners. They have developed an enviable reputation for being able to provide a high quality service via their nationwide network of franchisees and we look forward to working closely with them during the months ahead.”

Aldermore’s product range now caters for first-time buyers, accommodates two buy-to-let loans per borrower and provides mortgages up to £600,000.

Kevin Duffy adds, “This is certainly an opportune time for Mortgage Force, as a whole-of-market broker, to have become a distribution partner of Aldermore Mortgages.”
