Mortgage Brain unveils Premier Edition

The features build on the previous system launched last November.

The Premier Edition will cover all of the major market areas including mainstream, adverse, light adverse, buy-to-let, let-to-buy, self-cert and is seamlessly integrated with the Mortgage Trading Exchange, the common trading platform. The Premier Edition benefits from a user friendly navigational system and an improved look and feel. Further enhancements have also been made to its sourcing capabilities with the Premier Edition featuring over 60 search filters including buy-to-let, let-to-buy, and adverse sourcing.

Demonstrations of the system will be shown at Mortgage Brain’s Premier Events, with Mortgage Introducer as its media partner, running throughout May and June.

Mark Lofthouse, CEO of Mortgage Brain, said: “The additional enhancements we’ve made to the Premier Edition are based on feedback we’ve received from the industry. We’ve spent a lot of time talking to our customers and partners and with the improvements we’ve made we are sure that this next generation of Mortgage Brain will exceed expectations.

“In addition to the new navigational system and unrivalled filtering, which will enable the complete mortgage sourcing process to be conducted in seconds, the system also features a new ‘Reasons for Recommendation’ capability, compliance prompts, affordability calculators, proc fee calculators, income multiple overrides and seamless integration with major third party point-of-sale and compliance systems.”

Mortgage Brain’s Premier Edition is compatible with Microsoft Vista, Microsoft’s latest operating system due for release in 2007. As an approved Microsoft Certified Partner, Mortgage Brain has received pre-release versions of Vista and tested compatibility in advance of its scheduled release date.
