Mortgage Angels launches three-tier lead purchase solution

Mortgage Angels have increased the amount of business that can be conducted online, streamlining and speeding up the process, so brokers can concentrate on closing leads more quickly and successfully.

Following discussion with customers, Mortgage Angels have developed a new three-tier tailored pricing module.

-Monthly subscription – price £29.50 per lead. Minimum of 10 leads per month (five free leads when a minimum of 30 leads have been purchased). Guarantees the advisers allocation saving the worry and time spent sourcing other methods of generating business.

- Leads on demand – Price £34.50 per lead. Upfront payment of £500 taken by credit Card online secures a discounted price of £34.50 per lead. Advisers can manage their account on line and decide how many leads they wish to buy on a ad hoc basis

- PreView Leads - same basis as Leads on demand but advisers can view leads in real time as they are being generated when available. Cost per lead will be at the respective Monthly/upfront payment pricing plan - Advisers that are not subscribed to either plan will have to pay £39.50. Payment by Credit Card online.

Mortgage Angels managing director Nat Daniels, said: “The monthly subscription plan guarantees the advisers allocation saving the worry and time spent sourcing other methods of generating business. Furthermore, we are not a lead auction site so the adviser does not have to waste time bidding.

Advisers have their own password protected online administration section. In this area they can:

· View all details of leads and download into excel if needed

· Manage their portfolio of leads through a diary management system

· Access house price data for comparables and valuations

· Claim a refund - no need to waste time calling
