Mortgage 2000 announces Preferred range

Highlights of the range include arrears in last three months with non-conforming lenders now accepted from Near Prime Extra to Mid Adverse, 100% of any verified benefits/CSA/state pension accepted subject to additional verified earned income, payment history on secured loans ignored, all property types considered, three months proof of residency required and no private landlord’s reference required.

Discounted rates start from 5.24% with two-year fixed rates from 5.49% and three-year fixed rates from 5.29% with no extended tie in. The procuration fees have also been enhanced and are now up to 1.25% via the packaging arm, m2-d& p and 1.65% via the online processing system, Casemaster.
