* Those users seeking to remortgage their property required an average mortgage amount of £113,676 a 49% LTV

SALARIES

* The overall average salary of the main income earner was £39,800

* Those users looking to remortgage had a main income of £43,758

* A typical salary for an existing homeowner looking to move was £43,402
