Money Partners appoints head of sales

In this newly-created position, Lipton-Rose will take a leading role in the structured expansion of Money Partners' intermediary distribution by developing relationship opportunities to complement existing broker and packager partnerships. In this, he has oversight of both first and second mortgage distribution. He also has hands-on responsibility for the expansion of the specialist lender's frontline team of sales professionals.

Lipton-Rose has been involved in the UK mortgage market for nearly thirty years, during which time he has held a number of senior sales positions. He joins Money Partners after six years with specialist lender Southern Pacific Mortgages Limited (SPML) where he most recently held the position of sales manager responsible for key packager accounts.

He said: "This will be an exciting opportunity to move forward with a progressive and innovative mortgage operation. I am looking forward to the challenge of strengthening our existing customer base whilst developing and securing new business - identifying opportunities and capitalising on a buoyant market with an expanding sales team."
