MBSL ties up with LMS

Mortgage Broking Services Limited (MBSL) is helping its appointed representatives to increase their earnings potential and give a better service to clients with a new conveyancing system from provider LMS.

The new on-line system enables MBSL ARs to offer clients fast, high quality conveyancing at the click of a mouse through the MBSL website, using LMS’s proven technologies and national network of professional conveyancers.

The LMS process claims it is quick, easy to use and will also create opportunities for substantial savings over conventional systems, so ARs can provide good value conveyancing at fixed rates, while at the same time earning themselves substantial referral fees of up to £125 per deal.

Tony Corrigan, managing director of MBSL, said: “We are a very progressive company always looking at ways in which we can help our ARs, and give their clients better services and value for money.

“After evaluating several major conveyancing operations we appointed LMS because the company has an excellent track record in successfully managing some 300,000 transactions a year, and its systems are so easy to use.

“Our ARs are very busy so if something is going to work for them it must be quick, simple and very accessible, and it must deliver a professional service reliably, on time and without trouble.

“The bespoke system put together for us by LMS certainly ticks all these boxes. In addition our ARs will be able to earn extra income from each case they refer so it will benefit themselves as well as their clients, and make them even more competitive in the marketplace.

“We have ambitious plans to expand our business through attracting many more ARs and this new system from LMS will also help us to achieve this.”

Dom Toller, director of marketing and new business at LMS, commented: “The tailor made system we have structured for MBSL meets all the company’s requirements and is easy for even the busiest of brokers to use.

“There is no cost to either MBSL or its ARs and we look forward to working in close partnership with them in developing their business and creating profitable new income streams.”
