MAB adds to senior directors

This is a new senior role at MAB, which reports to chief executive Peter Brodnicki.

Emma will head MAB’s expanding marketing team and will be responsible for enhancing MAB brand awareness both regionally and nationally, through marketing material, point of sale initiatives, advertising and PR.

Emma will work closely with MAB franchise and business owners and will implement and advise on targeted marketing support in order to create raised brand awareness across the UK.

Emma joins MAB from Alliance and Leicester, where she was a marketing communications manager for seven years. Previously she worked as a marketing executive for Experian.

Peter Brodnicki, chief executive of MAB, commented: “We are delighted to welcome Emma on board. Her wealth of experience in marketing will be invaluable to us as we progress to the next stage of our development. MAB is increasing its marketing budget in order to channel efforts into raised brand awareness and we are confident that Emma will be able to put her knowledge and skills to good work to support the effective implementation of this.
