Version 9 has a redesigned screen layout for sourcing and analysis and new comparative tools.

TrigoldCrystal says it focussed specifically on making filters more accessible, saving users’ sourcing preferences and helping give a clear overview of each client with a simpler layout.

The sourcing system is used by over 73% of all UK mortgage intermediaries according to the provider.

David Thompson, sales and marketing director at TrigoldCrystal, said: “We were very interested in exactly how users interact with Prospector and use it in the sales process.

For instance we found when investigating different scenarios that users had to move back and forth between screens to do this.

“A new feature now allows a broker to do this all on the same screen with easy access to all the filters they need to run different sourcing scenarios.”

Thompson added that it was important for TrigoldCrystal to go back to basics with the latest release and show that it is always ready to listen to its users to make its software work for them.

Thompson said: “This is how we got ahead in the past and it is how we intend to stay ahead in the future.”

Chris Seery, group mortgage manager at Honister Capital, said: “TrigoldCrystal have kept us involved all the way through the development of Version 9 and we have been very impressed.

“We think the layout is even better than it was and there are nice features which we think brokers will find really useful.

“We are now looking at the next set of developments in version 10 which also look very exciting. Until then we look forward to getting version 9 rolled out to our members over the next few weeks.”
