LSL Property Services Plc selects Quest for its Home Report needs

Quest, the major IT infrastructure supplier in the Mortgage Valuation, Home Report and Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) markets, has announced that LSL Property Services plc has chosen Quest as its technology partner for the complete management of all Home Report instructions for its group of companies, including Your Move estate agency, Homereportscotland.co.uk and e.surv Chartered Surveyors

Via its group of businesses, LSL Property Services now delivers Home Reports to members of the public, estate agents and solicitors. It also has a panel of surveyors who develop the report’s mandatory energy surveys for the group. LSL Property Services was therefore keen to partner with a technology provider that could not only provide a centralised ordering and reporting system, but also enable surveyors to upload completed energy surveys directly into each case, to speed up the delivery process.
