Locke departs Omni Capital

Locke departs her role as business development director at Omni Capital, the CPC Group owned bridging finance company.

Nick Candy, chief executive officer of Candy & Candy, said: “Liz has an extremely versatile skill set and a natural flair for sales so inviting Liz to become part of the One Hyde Park sales team is an exciting development for her and the One Hyde Park project.”

Locke, said: “I’m very excited to be working on such an iconic project in what will no doubt be a very exciting final phase, I hope to apply not only my experience working in investment banking but also the work undertaken to build the Omni Capital business to date, to complement the existing sales strategy at One Hyde Park.

“I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time working with the Omni Capital team and look forward to the new challenges ahead.”

Over £1.4bn of sales have now been achieved at One Hyde Park and fewer than 20 units now remain revealed Candy & Candy.

Residents have now begun moving into the 80 apartments situated in Knightsbridge.
