Irene is a highly experienced professional, having spent 16 years in the financial service industry. She joins from Advantage where she managed the operations department and has also previously worked for The Mortgage Business (TMB) part of HBOS.
In her role, Irene will manage the operational areas for Lancashire Mortgage Corporation. She will control the management of the business from receipt of enquiry, through underwriting to funds being released. This will involve streamlining processes and working to increase efficiencies within the company as well as reviewing systems to ensure they are used effectively.
Commenting on her role, Irene said: "I am delighted to be joining such a successful and rapidly growing lender. The business foundations are in place and the management team have taken the company forward a tremendous amount in recent years. I am very much looking forward to helping to develop and grow the business and continuing that success."
