Her appointment to LSL follows the resignation of Mark Graves as director of Pink’s network in June to join The Right Mortgage Network.
At the time Pink’s parent company LSL said Richard Coulson, business development director at the group’s other network First Complete, was to take over running sales at Pink’s network.
Jon Round, LSL’s group financial services director, said: “I am absolutely delighted to bring in someone of Lisa’s calibre to join what is already a really strong executive team.
“This new role has been created to support the significant expansion plans for our AR and DA businesses, and I’m sure that Lisa will make a major contribution to our continued successful growth.”
Both Coulson’s and Martin’s appointments follow several departures from Pink's senior executive team this year.
Martin had been announced as director of mortgages across Sesame PMS and Bankhall just two weeks ago.
Sesame’s board is due to meet today to discuss who will take on Martin's responsibilities following her departure this week.
