Link moves offices

The firm was situated within Commercial First’s premises in Brentwood. The offices in St Albans have space tailored to Link Lending’s needs, with room to accommodate planned expansion and growth.

Link Lending is looking to more than double lending over the next twelve months, and the lender has added four staff to coincide with the move and plans to add a further four over coming months, aiming to be fully staffed at 20 within next 12 months. Recent recruits include mortgage broker industry specialists Maeve Ward, Kira Vallier and Sarah Checksfield, all who have previous experience with First National, i-Group and GE Home Lending.

Link Lending has also signed a deal for significant investment with a bridging specialist IT platform provider with the target of providing the fastest completion times in the industry. This goal will also be aided by Link Lending’s in house lawyers who will be on site in St Albans, Stanmore Law Practice.

John Maclean, managing director of Link Lending, said: “The new offices, recruitment of highly experienced staff and investment in technology have all been planned to help us deliver our core values of simple transparent products; market leading rates; and class-leading service to our intermediary business introducers.”
