L&G exclusives with the Cambridge

Each exclusive is available up to £500,000 and has a £999 application fee of which £399 is payable on application. The highly rates are:

• 5.89% for loans up to 90% LTV
• 4.59% for loans up to 85% LTV
• 3.99% for loans up to 80% LTV
• 3.49% for loans up to 75% LTV
