Legal firms sign up to Charlbury Group arrears system

Anderson Fyfe, Matthew Arnold & Baldwin and Drydens lawyers all have clients who include some of the country's leading lenders and estate agency chains.

The arrears management system has a wide network of integrations within the arrears and repossession sector and works with a number of different firms to provide an integrated approach to arrears and court order management.

Paul Duckworth, director at The Charlbury Group said: “There are now twenty six firms connected via the Arrears Management System each benefiting from improved processes and management information.

"Our goal is to ensure that our independent system links all of the key providers in the arrears and repossession process, creating a co-operative and collaborative system which produces processing benefits for both lenders and their suppliers.

“A tremendous benefit of having a central system is that firms signing up only need a single integration to access an entire market.”

John Paul Sheridan from Anderson Fyfe said: “The list of integration partners supporting the Arrears Management System includes the biggest names in the industry and so we’re delighted to be involved and benefiting from a slicker, simpler way to receive and process instructions. Even the simple removal of re-keying instructions saves us wasted time that can be better spent working on cases.”
