These changes come under the banner 'Rapid and Flexible' andthe Society says it really sum up the way it approaches business introduced from all its intermediary partners.

The Society's external monthly surveys has shown an uplift of almost 10% in the average scores recorded over the two months since launch. The factors taken into account include reliability, speed of processing, flexibility and feedback.

The process improvements were across a range of criteria, designed to improve the speed of service as well as increasing the flexibility already provided by the Society. Key enhancements to the proposition were:

- No Income verification required on cases up to 70% LTV*

- Increased flexibility on guarantor cases

- Buy to Let cases now treated as self funding if rental income covers 130% of the interest only monthly payment at the product rate

- Capital raising for ANY purpose on RTB cases

- Realistic and consistent decisions

This, together with our wide range of competitive products and the ability to submit applications electronically, either via our website or Trigold, means that we will be able to satisfy all our clients needs quickly and efficiently."
