The new role will give Pearce access to all areas of the Society's Development Division where she will carry out project development work and customer research.
With a degree in Management & Public Relations from the University of Central Lancashire and a year's experience in post Graduate Management Training, her involvement on key projects will build on the success of the Society which continues to deliver products and services to suit its customers needs.
As a proud first time buyer, Pearce enjoys spending her spare time doing DIY and decorating at her new home in Sowerby Bridge, Halifax.
