LEBC Group commits future to Sesame Network

LEBC Group is one of Sesame’s largest appointed representative (AR) firms, having grown from 25 consultants in 2000 to 56 consultants in 2008. It has 11 offices in the UK, stretching from Edinburgh to Southampton, looking after the needs of 25,000 clients, with over £1.5 billion of client assets under management.

Nick Kelly, Managing Director, Network & Direct at Sesame said: “We are operating in a very competitive market and are delighted that LEBC Group has once again chosen Sesame, as it continues to evolve its business model for the future. LEBC Group has achieved solid growth over the last five years to become one of the largest IFA firms in the UK.

“Over that time we have built a strong relationship and this continued commitment is a vote of confidence in the value of Sesame’s network model, which we are constantly seeking to improve and develop further for our members. It also demonstrates Sesame’s ability to leverage its scale and financial strength to appeal to a wide range of adviser firms, both large and small, which is proving increasingly important to firms in these challenging times.”

Nigel Stallworthy, Managing Director of LEBC Group comments: “Our strategy of organic growth through the careful selection of new consultants has paid dividends over the last eight years, as we doubled the number of advisers. We have opened new offices and expanded the range of specialist services we offer clients. Sesame has been integral to our success, and their valuable support will continue to be important as we look to achieve further profitable growth in the future.”
