Knowledge Bank appoints new sales manager

Knowledge Bank has appointed Jonathan White (pictured) to the role of sales manager to support the fintech company’s growth strategy and to promote new product developments to lender and broker customers.

White has a wealth of experience in a wide variety of business areas, notably sales and business development across the insurance, financial services, and mortgage sectors.

He also worked for technology providers like Iress, where he was head of strategic relationships, and more recently at Mortgage Brain, where he was responsible for mortgage technology sales and UK Lender Development. He was involved in distribution for both Sesame Bankhall and Personal Touch in sales and commercial roles.

Knowledge Bank has enjoyed substantial growth since its launch in 2017 and claims to be the largest database of mortgage lending criteria held anywhere in the UK, making criteria searching a standard part of the mortgage advice process.

“I have followed Knowledge Bank closely since they launched in 2017, and their constant innovation is one of the things that attracted me,” White commented. “Having seen the latest development, KB PRO system, I believe it can revolutionise the way that lenders can accurately communicate their criteria to brokers and their clients. This a hugely exciting opportunity and I look forward to joining Team KB.”

Shane Chawatama, sales director at Knowledge Bank said they were thrilled that Jonathan had joined the company as the business continues with its ambitious 2023 growth plans.

“We have a raft of new products, such as the recently launched KB PRO system and numerous others in the pipeline, and Jonathan will play a pivotal role in communicating these to our customers,” Chawatama stated. “Having worked with market leaders in a range of industries, Jonathan has excellent relationships, invaluable experience and is superbly placed to drive the business forward.”
