KGB unveils help line

The service aims to offer information and suggestions to brokers that have difficulty in placing their non conforming cases. The KGB non-conforming help line is headed up by Magnus Duke, director at KGB, and has been developed from KGB’s existing proposition that caters for introducers that are not authorised to advise on mortgages – as well as Directly Authorised brokers who require extra support with non-conforming deals.

Magnus Duke commented: “Brokers that are inexperienced in the sub prime and non conforming sector can waste a lot of time going down routes that fail. With the recent round of base rate rises, we are bound to see a rise in customers who have slipped out of “prime” status, by possibly missing a mortgage payment or having had CCJs issued against them. Brokers cannot afford to turn this business away, and KGB’s non conforming help line offers them a way to retain the client and earn commission.”
