Kent Reliance launches will writing service

The service is offered through Redstone Wills, who are established in the market and are members of the Society of Will Writers.

Andy Golding, the new CEO of Kent Reliance, explained, “There is a lot of discussion about the fact that many people never get around to writing a will, leaving some really distressing issues if they die unexpectedly. However it is just as important is to review the will regularly, but that is largely ignored.

“We believe that as well as making the initial process much easier, this new will writing service will make it far more likely that people keep their wills up-to-date as Redstone offer an annual review service.”

Wills need to be reviewed annually as changes to the law can mean that your clients’ wishes are not carried out as they had originally intended. In addition, their circumstances may change over the years. Some changes, such as divorce, can even make existing wills completely invalid. Bereaved relatives are then left to resolve very sensitive issues at a time when they’re at their most distressed which can cause huge friction in families.

The new service introduced by Kent Reliance covers everything from inheritance tax to funeral costs.
