Investec has announced that it has appointed Fenchurch Advisory as its adviser to conduct this process although there is no certainty any sale will take place.
Commenting, Investec said: “A further announcement will be made, if and when appropriate. In the mean time, we continue to service Kensington clients as usual.”
A spokesman for Kensington said: “Nothing is certain yet but we’re excited by the possibilities.”
