Kensington launches branded lending proposition

The first phase of this initiative went live on 1 August 2005 while further branded lending initiatives will be announced in 2006.

The new proposition will give Pavillion:

- Dual brand products with name and logo

- Production of the offer pack at Pavillion’s offices

- Semi exclusive deals

- On-site underwriting

- An integrated website to provide branded decisions and approval in principles
